Reedsburg Area Medical Center is hosting A Community Health Needs Assessment Focus Group at the LaValle Public Library.
Area organizations are working in partnership to help improve the health of their communities and the region. This group is conducting a community-wide assessment which will identify and prioritize health needs. Your input is needed to help us develop strategies and make improvements in our communities' overall health.
