Join the Friends of the Library on Thursday, Nov 8 @ 7 PM for Amish author Richard Dawley. Mr. Dawley is a former teacher, counselor and college sociology instructor whose first-hand observations open interesting windows into the life and culture of the Amish. His presentation will center on the topic “Amish: To Be Or Not To Be”, the choice Amish teens must make to join the Amish Christian church or leave.
