Thursday, February 23, 2017, 6-8 PM: Beer Jelly, MATC-Reedsburg Campus, 300 Alexander Ave. Reedsburg. Preparing this fun and trending jelly will provide small batch canning experience for this novice. The process will prepare participants for preparing other jams and jellies and pave the way for pickles and other water bath preservatives. Carrie Covell is the instructor.
