Lisa Buttonow, The Branding Iron, is teaching about mushrooms. Julia Child's reminder to "Don't overcrowd the mushrooms!" is just one of the tricks to properly cooking mushrooms. There are many different kinds of mushrooms, a variety of ways to prepare them & an abundance of dishes that will highlight their favors. Fortunately, mushrooms are readily available in our region vis Hidden Valley Mushrooms in Wisconsin Dells. we will focus on educating participants about mushroom varieties & their production while Lisa teaches how to prepare & feature mushrooms in a variety of creative dishes.
