Business Facebook/Social Media (#33475) Madison College-Reedsburg is now accepting registrations for this fall online live non-credit class. As customers increasingly use social media tools to directly access businesses and corporate leaders, they are influencing how companies operate — from communication strategies and product development to customization and personalization practices.
This two-part course will help you better understand how social media works, its impact on business operations, and how to become a more effective social networker. In part one, you will learn how to use popular social media tools such as Facebook and Twitter on the organic (non-paid) level. In part two, you will learn how to reach audiences using content marketing and paid digital marketing tools such as Google ads. (Have your lunch during class!) The instructor is Brian Lee.
