Thursday, January 18, 2018, 6-8 PM: Cinnamon Rolls & Danish, Parkview Bed & Breakfast, 211 N. Park Street, Reedsburg. Shaun Rediskie will be teaching an all NEW class! Learn to make laminated doughs and pastries that are light & flaky, what to put in a cinnamon roll and how to make killer toppings. In this hands-on class, Shawn will help you learn to make traditional, European style pastries using laminated dough (aka croissants) and how to tailor your pastry's flavor, shape, size and toppings to your taste.
