"Back to School" Community Wide Garage Sale.
Fall is the perfect time to unload those outgrown clothes and shoes and unused backpacks and lunch boxes and those dust collecting end tables, shelving units and magazine racks. Parents and college students alike are preparing for the return to classrooms and student housing and are looking to acquire just the things that many people are looking to be rid of.
While the theme is largely back to school, end of summer is the perfect time to repurpose the items cluttering your living and storage spaces into someone else’s hands.
Registration is $20, which includes a $10 sign deposit, advertising and directory listing. Registration forms are available at the Chamber of Commerce and must be returned by August 1 to be included on the map. Shoppers will find the maps available after August 16.
