Saturday, April 1, 2017, 10 AM: Crane Count Conservation, Reedsburg Public Library, 370 Vine Street, Reedsburg. In 2014, Reedsburg was recognized as a "Bird City". As part of the designation, the Library in conjunction with the City of Reedsburg is hosting a crane count presentation & conservation of the cranes. The Spring Crane Count concentrates on sandhill cranes and whooping cranes as they return to their northern breeding grounds.
