Event Description
Salsa has overtaken ketchup as the condiment of choice. These chunky mixtures remain an inspired dip for nachos and tortilla chips, but today's salsas contain a broad spectrum of ingredients and are no longer reserved for Mexican foods. Fruit salsas include a variety of seasonings to wake up your taste buds and add pizzazz to all types of snacks and entrees. Make and take home some new fruit salsa recipes in our class. (Please bring $5 to class for fruit salsa samples.)
