Wednesday, August 2, 2017, 2 PM: Movie "Hidden Figures, The American Dream and the Untold Story of the Black Women Mathematicians Who Helped Win the Space Race" by Margot Shetterly is being shown at Reedsburg Public Library, 370 Vine Street, Reedsburg. The movie is based on the book, "Hidden Figures" which traces the careers of Katherine Johnson, who calculated flight trajectories for Project Mercury and other missions, as well as engineer Mary Jackson and NASA supervisor, Dorothy Vaughan. The film was nominated for several awards in 2016.
