Shaun Rediske is teaching from Brioche to Stollen, learn how to make richly flavored breads to please your holiday guests using European-style bread recipes and tailor your loaf flavor, shape and size to your taste. take home breads you nake in class & recipes! reservations required and classes need to be paid for at the time of reservation, the cost is $30 per class, per person.
