Intro to Cooking with Plants and Herbs: Join Laurel Redmon, Sauk County herbalist and acupuncturist at Red Sage Health for this class which will cover basic concepts of cooking with several wild crafted foods. We will also discuss cooking with wild and cultivated herbs. This class is scheduled for Monday, September 26, from 6 – 9 p.m. at the Reedsburg Campus. The fee for the course is $36.95.
