Intro to Cooking with Plants & Herbs

Event Description This course is presented by Laurel Redmon, Sauk County herbalist and acupuncturist at Red Sage Health. This class will cover basic concepts of cooking with several wild crafted foods and discuss cooking with wild and cultivated herbs. There will be plenty of sampling of dishes, and recipes will be provided. To register for this course, call 524-7800 or stop by the MATC-Reedsburg Campus.
