Intro to Cooking with Plants & Herbs

Event Description
This course is presented by Laurel Redmon, Sauk County herbalist and acupuncturist at Red Sage Health. This class will cover basic concepts of cooking with several wild crafted foods and discuss cooking with wild and cultivated herbs.
