Thursday, March 9, 2017, 6-8 PM: Irish Soda Bread Class, Parkview Bed & Breakfast, 211 N. Park Street, Reedsburg. Just in time to make your St. Patrick's Day EVEN BETTER and connect with your Irish spirit! Shawn Rediske from Water House Foods has managed to work in an Irish Soda Bread class. Cost of the class is $30 per person and limited to 8 participants. In this class, Shawn will help you: learn how to make soda breads, learn how to tailor the flavor and texture of your bread to your taste (cheeses, herbs, meats...oh my!), make your own breads, bake them, & take them home (recipes provided).
