For those who live or work in Adams, Juneau or Sauk counties, you can receive a $10 gas card when you complete the event evaluation afterwards, by Friday March 4th.
Wednesday, February 23, 2022, 5:30-6:30 PM: Everyone is invited to attend this virtual event to ‘Make Your Community a Better Place to Live’.
What are some of the health concerns within your community? On this evening you’ll hear from representatives from Adams, Juneau & Sauk County Health Departments as they share the results of their Community Needs Assessments and what top priorities are. They will also share how you can get involved in your own county!
