Mind Body Harmony, Empowering Self-Care For a Lifetime! , E6881A N. Dewey Ave, Reedsburg. My business has moved and with all that has happened in the world over the last 2 years I think it is time to re-introduce myself and my business. A redirected RN, having worked with RAMC for over 30 years, I am seeking opportunities to educate and empower folks to stay strong and active.
Self-care relates directly to your…ability to move through your environment, ability to see where you are going, and your ability to maintain balance. It also means moving without pain, managing the cause of your pain, understanding your emotional and spiritual state. I encourage you to learn about your own body and how to optimize your ability to engage in life throughout your lifetime.
