Mingle & Muse at the Reedsburg Library

Event Description
Chef Kari Walker from Beastro and Barley will be the guest presenter at the Mingle and Muse program at the Reedsburg Library, 370 Vine Street. Kari earned her AA in Culinary Arts from Madison College in 2016, and for the past twenty-two years has operated Beastro and Barley on Main Street with her husband Mike.
At Mingle and Muse, she will be demonstrating the making of a pork carnitas burrito bowl. Kari comments that the carnitas bowl is one of her favorites as the pork is easy to make, and the grain bowls are very flexible and useful for meal prep.
No registration is required to attend this program.
