Things not included for free this day are tanning and Fit Body Wrap sessions. Everything else on site is included.
Fry's Family Fitness, 275 Southridge Blvd, Reedsburg, is hosting an Open Gym. Anyone can come workout at our facility. You only need to sign a waiver form and that is it. No charge. Doesn't matter if you have a gym membership somewhere else. Come on over, workout and enjoy the chance to win some free prizes.
This is not just an open gym. All About You Salon and Spa will have Fay, the massage therapist, onsite to perform massages at a discounted rate. Her hours will be 8 AM - 4 PM. Must sign up through All About You Salon and Spa. The rates are $60 for an hour and $35 for a half hour.
Fry's Family Fitness will be offering 8 fit bodywrap sessions starting at 6 AM and going until 4 PM. Each session will be at the discounted price of $30 for one hour. First come first serve. Must be paid ahead of time to reserve your time slot. Don't wait, they will go fast at this price.
And we are still not done. All About You Salon and Spa has donated 2 massage packages to give away. Fry's Family Fitness has donated 2 fit bodywrap sessions, one time session and a 3 pack card. Must sign up the day of to have your chance of winning these great prizes. Prizes are for members and nonmembers that come this day.
