Pie Social in the Gazebo at SCHCC

Event Description  
The Sauk County Health Care Center is hosting a Pie Social in the Gazebo! The Country Sunshine Band will be performing. Come out and support SCHCC Foundation to benefit resident programs. Enjoy a variety of homemade pies with ice cream! 

Please bring a lawn chair as seating is limited. In case of inclement weather the Social will be held inside the SCHCC Community Room. Visit us on Facebook:
