Event Description
The adult sprint event will be held on August 6, 2016 at 7:30 AM. Packet Pickup is 4-6 PM on August 5th or Saturday starting at 6:30 AM. Swim 1/4 mile, bike 14 miles, run 5K. Age Groups for Men and Women:
18 and under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 & over.
T-Shirts to all participants and medals to the top 3 in each age division. Relay participants will receive t-shirts and medals to top three teams (one medal per person on each team).
