Parkview Bed & Breakfast, 211 N. Park, Reedsburg, is excited to announce that Shawn Rediske of WaterHouse Foods will be teaching 3 bread making classes at Parkview in the first quarter of 2017. The first class entitled "Scones & Coffee". What's a scone? How are they different than a biscuit? How do you make them moist & tasty? In this class you will learn how easy it is to make scones that are flaky, layered, moist & tasty (recipes will be provided); learn tips and tricks to make your scones extra special; AND you will take home scones that you make in class along with recipes, tricks, and tips.
