Tuesday, May 16, 2017, 6-8 PM: Madison Area Technical College, 300 Alexander Ave., Reedsburg, is offering "Seasonal Salads/Homemade Salad Dressings (Tossed Over: Beyond the Iceberg)". This course is a tasting workshop exploring alternative greens and herbs. Explore different flavor profiles to add variety to your salads and salad dressings. There will be an emphasis on seasonal produce and plenty of tasting! The cost is $23.50. Carrie Covell is the instructor.
