Event Description
This course explores the versatility of one of the most satisfying forms of cuisine. Basic soup-making techniques will be practiced in this hands-on course, from the most basic broths to complex and refined bisques.
Topics include, broth, hearty broth, cream, puree, specialty, and cold soup.
