Star Party at Ernest Hupeden's Painted Forest

Event Description
THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO PREDICTED SEVERE WEATHER:
"SATURDAY STAR PARTY CANCELLED! Tomorrow's Star Party at EHPF is cancelled on account of the severe weather forecast for the area. Not only would we be unable to see anything on account of the clouds/storms, but the predicted hail and rain could severely damage our equipment. We hope you understand.
STAR PARTY at Ernest Hupeden's Painted Forest. Telescope Star Viewing. Come and observe the cosmos with the Astronomy Outreach Team from Edgewood College in Madison.
Activities for kids (coloring pages, Make Your Own Planet, and more!).
Observe the night sky through the 20" Dobsonian Telescope (observing is weather permitting). Bring your own telescope too!
Visit the Painted Forest murals! Unique historical folk art site containing visionary murals painted by itinerant German folk painter Ernest Hüpeden from 1898-1901.
