Experience the amazing starry skies over Ernest Hupeden's Painted Forest. This event is weather dependent. Rain/Cloud date is 9/28/2024.
John Heasley of Driftless Stargazing will be our guide to the stars, constellations, and galaxies and will share the view through a small telescope. John says: "As twilight ends, we should have awesome views of our Milky Way and the Rings of Saturn."
Bring a chair or blanket, whatever binoculars you already have, snacks, and beverages. If the weather does not cooperate, our alternate date is 9/28.
Sunset is 7:00. Twilight ends 8:30. It is the Autumnal Equinox Eve.
