Event Description
Wednesday, December 14, 2016, 11:15 AM, Registration, 11:30-1 PM: Sauk Columbia SHRM (Society for Human Resources) invites you to a Supervisory Leadership Workshop. Topic: As a leader, you are faced with situations that call for a need to be flexible in your approach to leading your workers. The choice of leadership style varies by the situation. In this session, participants will learn about how a supervisor moves through four primary styles of leadership, aligning his/her approach based upon the subject matter at hand and the development level (maturity) of the individual being led. While each of us as leasers gravitate to a "primary" style, we can realize greater effectiveness in outcomes as we apply different methodologies to effectively mange diverse employee needs. Mike Baldwin, Business Development & Solutions Representative, Madison College is the presenter. Where: Monks at the Wilderness, WI Dells and Cost is $25.00.
