Grateful Bread Sale at the Library

Monday, November 17, 2025, 9 AM - 1:30PM, While Supplies Last: The Friends of the Reedsburg Library's Annual Grateful Bread Sale!!
At last the Friends of the Library Grateful Bread Sale is here! On Monday, November 17, be sure to stop in to the library between 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to purchase your homemade bread treat!
Friends of the Library and community members have been busy baking an assortment of bread items — wheat, whole wheat, sourdough, quick breads, muffins – all sorts of sweet and savory recipes. There is still time for you to contribute to the sale by dropping off your homemade creation on either on Monday morning or on Sunday, November 16 from noon to 2:45 p.m. If you have questions about baking, or helping out for the sale, please contact Friends Bread Committee Chair, Chris Schrank at cjschrank@gmail.com.
The proceeds from this year’s Grateful Bread Sale will be used to purchase new sturdy book bags for RPL’s Home Service Program. This program offers monthly book delivery for those who are unable to access the library in person. Currently, RPL serves thirteen home service customers in the City of Reedsburg, and also delivers books to seven residential facilities monthly.
