| On Sunday, September 24, 2017, 3-5 PM, Safe Harbor Homeless Shelter, Reedsburg, will be sponsoring the Flight Basketball Team at the Reedsburg Area High School. The Flight is the premier exhibition basketball team (similar to the Harlem Globetrotters). Their players have showcased their pro-level skills on teams at home and abroad. They will play against players from our communities. Their events demonstrate to young people the value of giving back to their communities. They will also provide a very interactive family friendly halftime show. We are looking for former athletes, senior citizens, people with disabilities, local businesses and local "celebrities" like teachers, coaches, doctors, police, veterans and firemen to be on the home team.
