At Dungarvin, our direct care professionals are responsible for providing and coordinating direct services and healthful lifestyle supports to individuals with varying mental and physical disabilities. Intense Behavior Supports will be provided at these sites. These living supports include assisting the individuals in every aspect of their lives according to their Individualized Support Plans (ISP) with the goals of fostering increased independence, choice, and empowerment. Duties for the Direct Care Provider also include assisting in maintaining a clean and safe living environment and meal preparation, as well as completion of various household duties.
Requirements:
- Experience working with Intensive Behavioral Supports.
- A sincere desire to provide individualized supports to persons with developmental disabilities.

This hands on course will teach the student the functions and nomenclature of the DSLR. Lenses, proper lens selection, speed lights, image management and archival are discussed. Video functions of your DSLR will be briefly discussed. This is a great class to attend if you are in the market to purchase a new or first DSLR. You will learn how to use the program, aperture, shutter and manual modes of your camera and what they do. Students should bring their fully charged camera, owner's manual and laptop. This course may be beneficial for owners of advanced point and shoot cameras as well. Students should be comfortable with their laptop, operating system and basic functions. |

From the time Corey Mathew Hart started singing at a young age, his voice has amazed audiences. "The human voice is such a wonderfully complex instrument. So often, words can fail to portray the whole meaning or idea you are trying to get across, but in song, you can convey more emotion and add more depth and dimension to the written word," says Hart. He does just that with his voice and songs that earned him two MAMA's (Madison Area Music Association awards in 2011, one for best male vocalist and the other for best Folk/Americana album. Most recently, Corey won the Overture Rising Stars competition in 2014. His latest project, Lost Lakes, is turning heads both locally and nationally! |
